We aim to process and send all physical products within 10 working days. If the product has not arrived in this time frame, please contact buttonpressgraphics@gmail.com.

For all digital products, custom or pre-made, we will send directly within 24 hours after payment is received. All digital products sent are dependent on the customer providing us with a valid avenue for delivery. Example, an email address.
